remove redundant codecov ci token in lvm and zfs

CI jobs for codecov reports errors related to token not existing in the lvm and zfs localpv repos. We should remove that.

@Abhinandan-Purkait I am transferring this issue because

  1. We are cleaning up the Top-Level openebs org parent repo to only include parent org and project related items. Not code or product related issues.
  2. This issues is being transferred to the Mayastor Data-Enging repo project becasue the Data-Engines for LocalPV-LVM and LocalPV-ZFS are both converging under the Mayastor project (as per our new 2024 Roadmap).
  3. Since this is 1 issue that is related to 2 different LocalPV-xxx Data-Engines, it needs to be tracked again 1 single repo, which will be Maystor (going forward)

I think this is regarding specific lvm and zfs repo, so should be reopen against those.
