Describe the problem/challenge you have The integration test for the dynamic-localpv-provisioner should run on storage provisioned on using device-mapper, BTRFS, AUFS, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like Integration test run will include running the existing tests on LVM, etc.

Anything else you would like to add: Might be good idea to enable disable these additional tests, as per needs.
