Will OpenEBS Jiva replica's get auto-recreated when one of the nodes is replaced?

3 worker nodes are running and one goes down then we re-created a fresh node again nodes counts become 3. In this case, my replica count was 3, once that fresh node comes online, how OpenEBS will handle the sync replication. As it has 2 replica but should have 3. Will it (openebs) automatically create new replica on that node or Admin has to do anything. OpenEBS Storage Engine used is Jiva.
