Cleanup webhook uses bitnami/kubectl but it would not work on ARMv8 platforms

The uninstall would have problem on ARMv8 K8S platforms. There is already an issue for the bitnami kubectl docker image.

But if as long as Bitnami don't update the container image to support ARMv8, openebs would have problem for un-installation on ARMv8 K8S platforms.
