Move DP Creator/Dataverse demo to a single server

• Current setup
  • Dataverse test instance: AWS
  • DP Creator test instance: Azure via K8s

Move both to the same AWS Linux box after June 7 (e.g. after the community meeting)

Next steps:

• Create simple docker compose setup for DP Creator
• Work with @landreev to deploy alongside Dataverse using shared Postgres service
