Communicate: "status of the sensitive data"

We should be clear at all times about the “status of the sensitive data” on DP Creator.

Major stages

• Initially, the data itself is not retrieved, only citation information about the file (contained in the JSON-LD endpoint)
• Once the user completes the "Validate Dataset" questions, the file is copied to DP Creator
• Once a release is completed, the file is deleted from DP Creator
