I can't add a pdf file. Is there a way around?

Ubuntu 14.04, Firefox 31, PHP 5.6, MySQL 5.1, Latest Stable Version – v1.2.8 I've created a lot of documents on LibreOffice and than exported them to pdf. No matter what I do, OpenDocMan says: "MIMETYPE: Failed". I just tried to add the same document but as an odt file and the error is the same.

Checkout your php error log, and also verify you have added the appropriate filetypes into the File Types settings.
