Kibana UI only in english (i18n / locale integration)

Hello,

Opendistroforelasticsearch doesn't seems to support translation languages

For instance I set i18n.locale: "fr" in kibana.yml

but after in the browser it end up with an english UI (same with chinese and Japonese language)

Right - the Kibana UI is ready for localization into any language, if somebody translates the UI strings and includes those translated strings with the distribution. Are there specific languages you're looking to support?
