Push the merics directly to Elasticsearch

While I appreciate the API, and perftop is super-cool in an ascii-art way, the obvious thing to do is to push all the metrics back to Elasticsearch and use Kibana for visualizations.

I love all these metrics, they are super-useful. Let me get my Kibana-hands on them.
