Add auto start detector modal when save detector change

After editing detector, if the change will impact model run, we should show save and start detector confirm modal like edit feature page.

The changes will impact model:

  • index
  • timefiled
  • filter
  • detector interval
  • window delay

Similar to edit feature page, we should support previewing sample anomalies on edit detector page to let user know how the change impacts anomaly results.
