Create Software Templates that map to OpenDev Quickstart Templates using Backstage

I was recently introduced to a new open-source project called Backstage which is a framework similar to ODS for building Developer Portals. Backstage out of the box, includes a feature called Software Templates which in essence is a slick front end wizard similar to ODS's quick start templates. it would be great to see this community be part of the Backstage community!

Describe the solution you'd like Create Software templates that map to Quick start templates to simplify and enhance the developer experience. The project already has pre-built Plugins for Jenkins, SonarQube, Bitbucket, Jira, Kubernetes and many more

It'd be great to see the ODS integrated with Backstage. Backstage could extend the ODS's offerings with the Service Catalog and the TechDocs.
