Replace references to Contract Object with references to Obligations Object

`Contracts Object` has been renamed to [Obligations Object](https://github.com/opendatamesh-initiative/odm-specification-dpdescriptor/blob/main/versions/1.0.0-DRAFT.md#obligations-object). The specification still contains references to `Contract Object` that MUST be replaced with references to the new `Obligation Object`.
