Add Docker compose file and add docker to the readme.md

Motivation

I wanted to use docker instead of Anaconda but the Dockerfile did not work for me and a docker-compose makes using docker even more easy

Modification

Changed the Dockerfile to use the new 0.7.0b1 Added a docker-compose.yaml file with the needed folder mounts and run command Added some details on how to use the docker container to the readme.md

Use cases

Users that want to use Docker and not Anaconda
