你这dockerfile里没看到gpu驱动啊，你确定能调用gpu吗？ 然后，容器内再用virtualenv你是认真的吗？

1. 如果你有用过 debian 的话，你会发现root 用户不允许 pip 安装，我遵循了这个规范。
2. gpu 驱动在宿主机安装 https://docs.nvidia.com/datacenter/cloud-native/container-toolkit/latest/install-guide.html
