Steps to Reproduce

1. Login with valid data
2. Go to Catalog page
3. Open Groups
4. Open Add group modal window
5. Add some entity
6. Fulfill all other fields with valid data

Expected result Button Create group becomes available after all mandatory fields are fulfilled

Actual result If the user chooses an entity first and then fulfills all other fields button Create group doesn't become available
