Show what and how many entities can/will be affected after a delete operation of tags/labels/namespaces/etc.

Currently we don't have any logic on entity deletions. Need to decide what to do when we delete namespace, tag, owner, role etc.

GitHub has a great feature of showing how many and what are entities that will be affected after a delete operation. We need to introduce something like that. I'm putting a research tag for brainstorms for backend and UI/UX side.
