Add column level lineage feature [Backend]

Column-level lineage now is a must-have feature for data discovery solutions. We need to develop a PoC.

Scope:

1. Figure out how to add column-level lineage support into the ODD Specification
2. Implement new functionality in the ODD Platform

Collectors' support is a different task and out of scope of this ticket. @Vixtir, FYI, I believe we can start from SQL views in relational databases collectors such as PostrgeSQL, Redshift, etc.
