Radar windows don't follow O's color scheme, dusk , night.

When O is dimmed by F5 or "Change color scheme" radar_pi's control and info, are not affected. Also the PPI window's text would need to shine less.

I confirm! night mode does not apply at all to the PPI image and to the Menu
