Added sequence diagram libcontainer/nsenter/README.md

Hi there.

As already mentioned in #1931, I've created a sequence diagram for nsexec.c. This commit adds:

  • The image file to contrib/nsenter-doc/nsenter.jpg
  • A reference to the image in libcontainer/nsenter/README.md

This closes #1931.
