Suggestion for Windows 10 (and 8.1): Create VPN Provider

Not sure if this is even possible to do, but if it is possible to develop additional plug-in providers for the Windows 8.1/10 VPN client, it would be great if the OpenConnect work you have done in Windows could extend to adding OpenConnect to the list of VPN Providers which Windows itself then wraps for a consistent user experience.

I have no idea how easy would be creating such a provider, but if done, would it help to address #102? That is, would it allow running the VPN as a non-privileged user?
