openconfig-isis.yang: No max-ecmp-paths per address family

Currently max-ecmp-paths is under isis-global-config now what if max-ecmp-paths is different for v4 and v6 address-family. Wouldn't it be useful if we have different max-ecmp-paths nodes for different AF.
