Proposal for extensions to BGP and BGP RIB config models
This pull request adds extensions to BGP model. The changes include: - l2vpn evpn address family extensions to enable EVPN functionality (openconfig-bgp-evpn-ext.yang) - rib extensions for IPv4, IPv6 and l2vpn evpn address families. (openconfig-bgp-ext.yang, openconfig-rib-bgp-ext.yang) - Extensions to bgp policy. (openconifg-bgp-policy-ext.yang)
These models have been adopted by Dell, Broadcom & VmWare to enable BGP EVPN functionality and various other BGP configuration constructs.

FYI, there is also some ongoing work in the operator working group on an OpenConfig EVPN model. The team expects to publish a draft (even if incomplete) to provide a view on the direction so that this (and other) proposals can be aligned.
