Wifi Models missing ability to configure altitude for AFC

With the release of 6GHz Standard Power, in some regulatory domains this uses Automated Frequency Coordination which requires the altitude of the APs to be defined before they can successfully get a grant.

Openconfig is currently missing the ability to configure this.
