Modifications to RT2.16 Isis graceful_restart_test.go
- Configured default network instance
- Configuring a router as helper-only while enabling IS-IS Graceful Restart is logically inconsistent,hence setting the value in each testcase as per the requirement.
- Timer hello interval/multiplier was not set as 10 and 3 respectively ,though ValidateOTGISISTelemetry has hold timer check of 30s.Added it.
- In function testISISWithControllerCardSwitchOver traffic was not send post switchover before checking traffic.Added it.
- Added deviation,IsisLevelEnabled
