For vrf_policy_driven_te/vrf_policy_driven_te_test.go - this is already taken care For basic_encap_test/basic_encap_test.go - This config is moved under deviations and i believe Nokia is using this devation and hence changes in this PR is not needed anymore For encap_frr/encap_frr_test.go - This is taken care For encap_frr_with_reencap_vrf_test/encap_frr_with_reencap_vrf_test.go - This is taken care For weighted_balancing_test/setup_test.go - This config is moved under deviations and i believe Nokia is using this devation and hence changes in this PR is not needed anymore For aggregate_all_not_viable_test/aggregate_all_not_forwarding_viable_test.go - Here also the changes are taken care already as i can see

We can either close this PR and raise a new PR. Otherwise rebase the PR and keep the change only for weighted_ecmp_test
