-Removed unused ports from verifyPortsUp func. -Enabled global AFI-SAFI configuration. -Unsetting IPV4 AFI-SAFI flag under nieghbour level -Added deviation ExplicitInterfaceInDefaultVRF, BGPGlobalExtendedNextHopEncodingUnsupported
