Verify ONIE on GigaVUE-TA1 with U-Boot 2010.06.15

How can i verify my bare metal GigaVUE-TA1 preinstalled with ONIE ? The bootloader version say U-Boot 2010.06.15, or how i can install / flash ONIE on my GigaVUE-TA1 ?

One way to tell is to dump the u-boot environment variables, looking for variables named onie_xxxx.

If onie is properly installed on the box, then from the u-boot command prompt you should be able to run run onie_rescue and boot ONIE in rescue mode.

Installing ONIE on a u-boot enabled box is not something easily done. You should contact the manufacturer and ask them for an ONIE image for this box.
