Create a Cerberus Attestation Spec.
This is the initial draft of the attestation spec. There are still several opens in the document that we have yet to close internally, but overall it has a lot of content that can be reviewed even though it is not ready to release as-is.
Hey Chris, this is great to see! I'm not sure I'll be able to consume the whole document by the time the next meeting comes around, but I look forward to reading it in full. =)
Here is an updated version of the spec after significant internal reviews and updates. I do still need to come back and address all the comments here, and see how many have been addressed with the updates that have been posted.
