recommand you to replace the SWI in /mnt/onl/images

Do you mean to replace the swi file and restart it to upgrade? If yes, I can't delete this swi file. I don't have permission. Where should I modify onl?

"onl-mounts mount all --rw " can mount the path to rw.

I replaced swi in /mnt/onl/images, but after reboot, ONL is still the old swi. Do I need to do anything else?
