Transaction Buttons Don't Appear Immediately (only Upon Refresh)

Describe the bug

I've witnessed this several times and recently a user reported this as well. The transaction buttons (such as refund) do not appear when going to the transactions page on the first go. After doing a cache refresh it seems to appear. This is hard to exactly replicate but as a try go to https://opencollective.com/logseq/transactions?searchTerm=756037 and see if the refund button appears. For me it sometimes don't appear and when I do a cache refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R) then it does load.
