Contributions with cards issued in India are subject to new requirements as directed by the Reserve Bank of India. As a result, payments with IN issues cards are sometimes failing.

Thanks for flagging this up, we've had increasing numbers of people whose transactions are failing as a result of this, with no information about what the problem is.
