Root admin action to delete accounts

could we have a “delete” option on the root admin dashboard for deleting users, orgs, collectives? It could be limited to profiles with no associated transactions.

We could implement something more comprehensive:

  • Search for a profile (include deleted accounts in search results?)
  • Show a set for checkboxes:
    • Deleted
    • Blocked
    • Archived

@znarf Not yet. A more comprehensive issue including this one has been suggested in https://github.com/opencollective/opencollective/issues/5374, but it needs better specs.
