Mentor when clicked just after Participant in nav bar does not takes to mentor section

After clicking Participants in the nav bar once, if we click Mentor then it doesnt take us to the mentor section, rather scrolls down just a bit and remains in the participant section. Same is with Mentors and Projects when clicked one after other.
