check this out : made smooth edges and changed color of card, with background opacity 0.4

card should flip on hover

@Jigar3 sir what should be the normal content on the card...i was thinking for having image, name and links....and on hover college name and about will pop up...this is for participant and mentor cards

@ananya-agrawal mam pr done.... and both the issues (#103 and #250) are same so i just changed the project card, if it get approved i will change participant and mentor card similarly. and sorry for the delay.
