FindMustLL never finishes with E coli standard model
So I've tried to run the Optforce tutorial code using the E.Coli matlab model (iAF1260.mat) provided that I added one branched off reaction to produce flavanones. But the FindMustLL function seems to loop infinitely. It does write to console and the functions before then work but it never gets past FindMustLL, its been running for almost 8 hours now. Is there any help that you could offer me on why that's happening? Please let me know if you need any additional information from me to help. Thank you.
