Problem synchronisation

Hello,

I have a problem of files synchronisation. Once I clone cobratoolbox, I get some of files in my folder but not all of them. I notice that the folders not cloned appear as 'binary @ e2c2603 '
'papers @ 535da20' 'tutorials @ f1e2483' on https://github.com/opencobra/cobratoolbox.

• [ X] Retried to run my code with the latest version of The COBRA Toolbox
• [ X] Checked that a similar issue has not already been opened

Hi, maybe you are missing curl which is required to pull in the external repos. https://opencobra.github.io/cobratoolbox/stable/installation.html#curl

I have curl 7.68.0 and still have the same issue. I am installing it on Ubuntu 20.04 with git 2.25.1
