SBML documentation is outdated on https://cobrapy.readthedocs.io/en/stable/io.html. E.g.,

  • remove mentioning of lxml
  • document python-libsbml correctly
  • SID not documented correctly (patterns should be given)
  • Some more words about legacy formats
  • document compression feature
  • document validation feature ...
