PosixFS Assimilation tries to assimilate project storage root

Describe the bug

Just a hunch from the logs... needs clear steps to reproduce. On new container boot:

opencloud-1  | 2025-05-02T06:44:27Z ERR could not assimilate item error="could not find space for path /var/lib/opencloud/storage/users/projects" path=/var/lib/opencloud/storage/users/projects pkg=rgrpc service=storage-users

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

OpenCloud should not try to assimilate the path /var/lib/opencloud/storage/users/projects

Actual behavior

OpenCloud tries to assimilate the path /var/lib/opencloud/storage/users/projects
