Make video of data

v1: Take satelight patch and plot data on it. Might have to overlap a static map on the background.

v2: Add nwp data on top

Scratch file is added here - https://github.com/openclimatefix/nowcasting_dataset/blob/main/notebooks/2021-08-26/video.py, but need to tidy up and wrap into a function

Would be great to wrap this into a few functions, this will be useful in plotting / validating results
