Hi there,

I don't use k8s because it's a big platform for me. I want to start apiclarity+kong+kong-plugin in docker-compose. But I don't know how to do it.

How to use apiclarity+kong+kong-plugin in docker? Is it possible? Is there an installation instruction in docker-compose?
