Just as other provider are doing, giving ability to user to write down some question and how bot should answer!

Just an idea, but it's useful!

Hey, it's me again! @gharbat

I wanted to mean like a custom Q&A where bot should search at first and if not found then check in documents. User would be able to input some question and then some answers or something like that. I have seen this in many other concurrent chatbots, and it allow to first create a list of questions w/ answers and if not found then it checks on the website.
