Demo content doesn't work

if you run the installer and choose opencats with demo content then it will not work. the demo content attempts to load via old 'mysql' functions rather than mysqli. needs reviewed/fixed.

WORKAROUND: delete the install_block and then re-run the installer, choosing an empty opencats instance.

This could have saved me some time if found it before trying the install, glad that I did the same steps as workaround.
