using NOT filters

Can we get an option for using the NOT function?

I don't see it being possible at the moment...for example, if i talked to a candidate in the wrong industry and i tag them with [Industry - Clinical]. I want to be able to search for everyone EXCEPT in the clinical industry.

I don't know whether this would be easy or tough, but I like this idea...
