Company 'Internal Postings' shall be optional

Currently during DB schema creation, company with name 'Internal Postings' as default company.

The name shall be configurable during install process (or taken from another parameter name). Also hardcoded names Internal Postings shall be removed from some .tpl files (replaced real name of company in DB if company.default == 1).

Even for internal hiring in one company, companies could be used as departments (such feature missing) and then there is no default / internal company defined.
