Deleting annotations when writing a comment not possible

A click on the speech bubble opens an annotation and among other things, the wastebasket-icon appears. But clicking on the wastebasket has no affect. Only when I first close the commentary field I can delete this annotation.

Solution: Annotations should be deletable also when the commentary field is open..
