Move Loop Controller settings next to track settings at the bottom of the timeline.

Currently the Loop-Controller gets activated in the View dialog (where I would not expect it.

I would prefer it, if it get activated with a button below the timeline next to the "track" buttons.

Afterwards the loop controller has an own dialog above the timeline. I would remove this dialog in favor of a modal or drop down dialog.

The slider for the loop duration is probably not very usable too and could hopefully be removed.
