[REQUEST] Proxy Check - Retry x times option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not exactly, but depending on proxy used and current proxy load or internet connection, performing a single test could potentially flag a good proxy as non working

Describe the solution you'd like Have the ability to retry failed proxies, either option to retry down and timed out as separate options

i.e. example img

Instead of Failed, it might be better wording as Down
