[Bug]: [Visual][QoL] Importing Proxies count does not take dupes into account

What happened?
Very low priority as it's a visual bug only and has no effect on performance
When importing proxies, the import count always shows the total proxies entered instead of the total proxies added (total entered - duplicate proxies).
Steps to reproduce:
Add some test proxies Import same proxies
Import will always show the same amount, even though they do not get added
