[Puppeteer dose not close auto]

Describe the bug puppeteer dose not close the chrome auto when proxy have time out or it matched the failure key or ban

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. use any website
2. fill login info add fail key you will see the error and use proxies to properly see the error

Is this happening in the debugger only, or in jobs as well? Because leaving the browser open is an intended feature of the debugger, so you can see what happened. It gets closed on the following run.

this happens in process as well the process which are timed out like some error occurred or proxy died in middle of process like that those dont close and stay open
