[REQUEST] Add trigger for past a specific time of day (and action to wait until past a specific time of day)

So as a brief: The program will be much better with a good scheduling system for Jobs, I give you some examples:

(1) Start job at 07:00 and Stop job at 20:00 (2) Reduce number of job's threads at 12:00AM to 1 and increase job's threads to 15 at 08:00AM (3) So on ...

You also mentioned an already made feature which I couldn't find in recent OB2 build (1.10)
